After the event, the Whisps can be easily returned via return shipping. We will take care of the cleaning, inspection, and recharging.

ARE THE CUBES SAFE?
Yes. The Whisps are made from polystyrene – a plastic commonly used in the food industry, for example in yogurt cups or food packaging. In addition, they are CE and ROHS certified, meaning they meet European safety and environmental standards and do not contain any harmful substances.
HOW LONG DO THE WHISPS GLOW?
Each cube glows for over 10 hours. As soon as it is no longer in contact with liquid, it switches off automatically – conserving battery life and extending the glowing time.
CAN THE CUBES BE FROZEN?
We do not recommend freezing them. Inside each cube is a small battery that is not designed for freezing temperatures. For best results, serve the Whisps together with regular ice cubes to keep drinks cold.
